Our warranty conditions:

  • Only applies if the cause lies with us, such as transport damage or insufficient quality.
  • Report damage or incorrect quality within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and a short description.
  • Incorrect use or improper care will void the warranty, but we always provide tips to save your plant.
  • For organic plants: aphids or other pests are not a reason for warranty
  • Damage due to extreme weather conditions is not covered by the warranty

Plant appearance: The Surprise Box contains a unique plant with beautiful green leaves. Depending on the plant, the leaves can range from narrow and glossy to wide and sturdy. Some plants can also produce flowers in vibrant colors, making them a vibrant addition to your space.

Location: Place the plant in a bright spot, but avoid direct sunlight. It can be kept both indoors and outdoors, depending on the type of plant you receive. Provide a sheltered spot for outdoor use.

Watering needs: The plant needs regular watering, but allow the potting soil to dry slightly between waterings. Watering once a week is usually sufficient, depending on the surrounding conditions.

Shipping: We package your products in a sturdy box, specially designed for (house)plants. The plants and potting soil are protected by a protective cover. Houseplants are secured in the box. This way, your plant is not only delivered fresh and healthy, but also undamaged.
