We hope you're happy with your Planttoday purchase. Not completely satisfied? No problem. Read below to learn more about our returns process.

Returning plants

Because flowers and plants are living products, they unfortunately cannot be returned under Article 16 of the European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. This law excludes the right of withdrawal for goods that are likely to spoil or expire quickly, such as plants. However, we do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in good condition.

Unfortunately, plants cannot be returned unless there is a problem upon receipt, such as:

Damage during transport

Incorrectly delivered plant(s)

Poor condition upon delivery

Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can quickly assess the problem and offer a suitable solution.

To help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, we ask that you take clear photos of the problem. Please note the following:

  • Show the problem clearly
    Make sure the damage, incorrect product, or other issue is clearly visible in the photo. The photo should show the plant or product in its packaging (immediately upon receipt).

  • Different angles.
    Take at least two to three photos from different perspectives. Also include a photo where the plant or product is fully visible. This gives us a complete picture of the situation.

  • Please note: Plants are living products and may differ slightly from the photo and description. Minor variations often correct themselves in your garden. We guarantee healthy, vigorous plants that have been carefully grown and packaged.

Returning accessories

Have you ordered an accessory, such as a pot, watering can or plant stand?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt (email or WhatsApp: +31623890204) so ​​we can quickly assess the problem and offer a suitable solution.

You can then return it within 7 days of receipt, provided the item:

  • Is in original condition.
  • Not used.
  • Well packed in the original packaging.

Please include a note with your order number so we know the package came from you.

How do you return an item?

  1. Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging.
  2. Add a note with your order number to the package
  3. Send the package using a shipping method with track & trace
  4. Please keep your shipping receipt

The costs and risk of returning are for your own account.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered product

Did your order arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong item? Please send an email as soon as possible to info@planttoday.nl with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • A clear photo of the article

We will provide a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.

Refund

Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 1 to 2 business days. Within 1 to 5 business days, we'll refund the amount using the same payment method you used.

Swap

Exchanges are currently not possible. Would you like a different version or color? Please place a new order. Any discount codes you've used cannot be reapplied.
