If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

20 Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 20 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

How to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our returns team at planttodayonline@gmail.com to start the return process.

  2. Return authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Pack the item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including any accessories if you included them.

  4. Please state the RA number: Write the RA number provided clearly on the outside of the packaging.

  5. Returns: You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Non-refundable items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift

Damaged or defective items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at notoshoponline@gmail.com with details and photos of the problem. We will work to resolve the issue quickly.

Restocking fee: We do not charge restocking fees for our orders, you can return your item without any hassle!

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
