At Planttoday, we ensure you always receive healthy and strong plants. Sometimes, a plant might look different or arrive damaged. Don't worry, we'll fix it! You'll always receive a suitable solution: a discount if the plant can be saved, or a free replacement if that's not possible.
Our warranty conditions:
- Only applies if the cause lies with us, such as transport damage or insufficient quality.
- Report damage or incorrect quality within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and a short description.
- Incorrect use or improper care will void the warranty, but we always provide tips to save your plant.
- For organic plants: aphids or other pests are not a reason for warranty
- Damage due to extreme weather conditions is not covered by the warranty
