Our warranty conditions:

• Only applies if the cause lies with us, such as transport damage or insufficient quality.
• Report damage or incorrect quality within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and a short description.
• Incorrect use or improper care will void the warranty, but we always provide tips to save your plant.
• For organic plants: aphids or other pests are not a reason for warranty
• Damage due to extreme weather conditions is not covered by the warranty
